Free 14-Day Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. And with Cerchron, returns are free of charge: we cover the return shipping costs.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at service@cerchron.com with your order number.

2. We will reply with the return instructions and the exact return address, and we will provide a prepaid return label or cover the cost of the return shipping.

3. Ship the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form available on our Right of Withdrawal page, but it is not obligatory.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days. We will not charge any fees for the reimbursement.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at service@cerchron.com with a photo or short video. We will cover all return costs and send you a replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. This is in addition to your rights under the EU statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Exchanges

If you would like a different model instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us and we will arrange the exchange at no extra cost.
